Reminders are sent by the system — not by your manager

A payment is due, a student missed a lesson, money came in — the right message goes out by itself. Your manager stops making calls, and parents stay informed.

What you get

9 events

Late arrival, unexcused absence, payment, debt, joining a group and more — each with its own template.

Templates with variables

Name, group, amount and date drop into the text on their own; you can preview before sending.

SMS and Telegram

SMS through smsxabar.uz, a Telegram bot for parents, an in-app push for students — the same message across three channels.

Delivery status

Which message arrived and which came back with an error — visible in the list.

How it works

1

Connect a channel

Enter your smsxabar.uz account or create a Telegram bot — a one-time setup.

2

Set up the templates

You write the text for each event yourself and add the variables you need.

3

The system sends

When the event happens the message goes out automatically; a bulk message is one click away.

Frequently asked questions

Is the cost of SMS included in the plan?+
No. You buy the SMS package yourself at smsxabar.uz and connect your account to the system — the system only sends the messages and keeps the count. You pay the provider directly, and it is not part of the plan price.
Which plan includes the Telegram bot?+
Every plan — starting with Starter. SMS notifications are open on every plan too: you connect your own smsxabar.uz account, and there is no monthly SMS limit on our side.
Can I write the message text myself?+
Yes, every event template is fully editable — match it to your center's name and tone of voice.
