Acceptance of the Agreement
By using the educationcrm.uz platform, the user accepts these terms. The platform's features may only be used for lawful and permitted purposes. A user who opens an account must keep their login and password confidential.
Service Principles
Platform services are provided on an «as-is» basis:
- → We do everything we can to keep the service accurate and reliable
- → We are not fully liable for technical errors or temporary outages
- → Technical support works on weekdays 09:00—20:00 and is the same on every plan
- → The platform is continuously updated and improved
User Obligations
A user of the educationcrm.uz platform takes on the following obligations:
- Credential security: keep your password and login details confidential
- Lawful use: use the platform only for permitted and lawful purposes
- Accurate data: enter correct and truthful information
- Report suspicious activity: report security breaches immediately
- Respect the rights of others: refrain from any deliberate act that causes harm

Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights belong to the educationcrm.uz team.
- © The design, code and features of the platform are protected
- © The logo, trademarks and brand materials are protected by copyright
- © Copying, distributing or modifying them without permission is prohibited
- © The user retains ownership of their own data
Account Security
Account security is the user's own responsibility:
- 🔐 Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters: letters, numbers and special characters)
- 🔐 Do not share your login details with anyone
- 🔐 Report suspicious activity to technical support immediately
- 🔐 Remember to log out on a shared computer
Suspension of Service
educationcrm.uz has the right to suspend the service in the following cases:
- ⚠ A breach of these terms of use
- ⚠ Unlawful or harmful activity
- ⚠ Non-payment
- ⚠ Under legal requirements or a court order
Note: the user receives a prior warning before the service is suspended (except in emergencies).
Limitation of Liability
educationcrm.uz has limited liability in the following cases:
- → Technical problems beyond our control (internet provider, server outages)
- → Problems caused by user error
- → Outages of third-party services and integrations
- → Natural disasters, wars and other force majeure events
Changes to the Terms
These terms of use may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, users are notified through the platform or by email. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly. Continuing to use the platform after changes means accepting the new terms.
