No separate bot, no separate payment sheet, no separate Excel. The modules are wired together: attendance is taken → it appears for the manager → an SMS goes to the student's number.
What follows is only what works today — not a roadmap.
A student card holds the group, attendance, grades, payment history and debt. Link a group to a room and a teacher and the whole semester of lessons is created for you.

The teacher sets attendance, the lesson grade, homework and the activity grade on one screen. The roll can be taken after the lesson starts and within 48 hours.

A payment is taken, a receipt is printed, the debt goes down and the center balance updates at once. The daily cash desk and the monthly report are counted from one source.

Debt due dates, late arrivals, payment confirmations — an SMS goes out automatically for 9 events in total. You write the template and the variables are filled in for you.

The daily cash desk, monthly income and expenses, branch comparison and the break-even point — all calculated from the data you enter.

The student sees the schedule, attendance, grades, payments and the coin balance in the app. The teacher takes attendance, grades and creates tests from the phone.

The path from opening a group to closing it: the schedule, the room, the teacher and student moves.
You save the group and the system writes out every lesson of the semester — date, time and lesson number — from the course length and the weekdays you picked.
Two groups cannot take the same room or the same teacher at the same time: the system names the group you are overlapping with and stops the save.
You enter holidays and days off once — lessons that fall on them move to the next working day by themselves.
Move a single lesson to another date or time, delete a lesson that has not started, or add an extra lesson with a reason — free of charge or paid.
While moving a lesson you see on the same screen which rooms are free and what the teacher already has that day.
The home page puts every group's lessons for the day into one calendar — with the time, the teacher and the room.
Rooms are kept with their capacity, maintenance days are marked, and the history keeps which group sat in which room and when.
Courses are kept with price and length; when the planned lessons run out the group moves to completed on its own and can be restored with its schedule.
Add students one by one or as a list, move them with a stated reason; who joined and left which group and when is kept in the history.
For an excused absence a make-up class is set with a date, a reason and a teacher, and whether it took place is tracked.
The class register travels as one record — from the teacher's screen to the manager's report.
Every student is marked present, absent, late or excused; the late minutes and the reason are written down and the attendance rate is calculated for you.
The teacher sets attendance, the lesson grade, the homework status and the activity grade on one screen — all of it saved with one button.
The moment the teacher takes attendance on the phone or in the panel, the same record appears for the manager — two places never show two numbers.
If attendance is not taken 20 minutes after the lesson starts, the manager and the teacher get a warning in the panel.
Attendance can only be taken after the lesson starts and within 48 hours; how many minutes late it was taken stays in the record.
Who missed with a reason and who without is on its own page: tick several, send one text, and who received it and when stays in the history.
The lesson, homework and activity grades run from 1 to 5, the overall grade is calculated for you, and every lesson gets a group average.
Every student gets a total score, a place in the group and a level, groups are compared by average score and a six-month trend is shown.
For a single day, across all groups, you get the number present, absent and late plus the overall rate; a student card lists the lessons missed without a reason, with dates.
The manager creates, edits or deletes an attendance record for any group and sees the group's month as a calendar.
The teacher builds a test without asking anyone, the system marks it, the student collects coins.
Questions and options with images, a score per question, a time limit, a pass mark and an access type — open, a secret code or a login and password.
The student takes the test in the app, the system checks the answers itself, gives a percentage and a score and marks pass or fail against the pass mark.
The teacher sees who scored what and can delete and restore a result; the student app shows the overall leaderboard.
The teacher opens an exam for a specific lesson, puts several tests inside it, changes its status and reviews the results.
Coins are given for attending, for homework, for a good test score and for paying on time — how many coins each rule is worth is up to you.
Collected coins turn into a payment discount at the rate you set, or are exchanged for a gift; the manager approves the gift request and the discount appears as its own line on the receipt.
One chain from the cash desk to the monthly report: the payment is recorded, the debt drops, the balance moves.
At the end of the day one screen shows how much came in as cash and card and how much went out — expenses, salary, advances and refunds.
The director picks a month and sees income, five kinds of expense, net profit, the center balance and how many students have paid and how many owe.
Income is set against expenses daily, monthly and yearly — the chart shows which period ran a profit and which ran a loss.
Income, refunds, teacher share, expenses and net profit of each branch, plus 12 months of students joining and leaving, are compared in one table.
Take a full or a partial payment in cash, by card or by transfer: the debt goes down by itself, overpaying is blocked and a receipt is printed with the center's name.
Apply a percentage or a fixed discount — it shows on the receipt and is taken off the debt ledger too, so no phantom debt is left behind.
A debt entry opens when the student joins a group and again every month (due on the 10th), and a payment reduces or closes it.
Who owes how much and for which group stays in a list; as the due date approaches an automatic SMS goes out to the student every day at 09:00.
When a student leaves, the system works out the price of one lesson and proposes the refund for the lessons not taken; a repeat refund is blocked.
Money paid over does not vanish — it goes to the student's wallet and is used at the next payment; before archiving, each group shows what was taken, what was paid and what has to be returned.
The manager sends a request with a reason and an amount, the director approves or rejects it — an approved expense lands in the daily and monthly report by itself.
Every payment raises the balance and salary, advances, expenses and refunds lower it — each event is counted exactly once.
Salary comes from the group's income, the advance is deducted for you, and the teacher can see it all.
Give each teacher a fixed monthly amount, a share of the group's income or both; the share is counted on net income, with refunds taken out.
Mid-month you issue an advance with an amount, a month, a payment method and a note; the list and the statistics of advances are kept apart and an advance can be cancelled.
When the salary is calculated the advance is subtracted for you and the total comes out as salary minus advance.
When a student is refunded, the share the teacher already received can be held back from their account.
In their panel and in the app the teacher sees the payments from their groups, their salary and advances and the movement on their balance.
Next to the balance the director sees the teacher share already accrued but not yet paid, the net remainder after it and the ten teachers owed the most.
On the Finance page the director picks a manager and pays a salary with a month and an amount — that sum goes into the monthly report's expenses.
Messages go out from the system itself: the center connects its own SMS account and its own Telegram bot.
A missed lesson (excused and not), lateness, a payment, a partial payment, a debt due date, joining a group, removal and a transfer — an SMS goes out for whichever events the center switched on.
For each event you write your own text and drop variables into it — name, group, teacher, debt amount, date — and they are replaced with real values on send.
Enter your smsxabar.uz login and password and check it with a test SMS — after that every message leaves your account; without it the platform's shared account is used.
Send one text to a group or to selected students; when you pick a template the text is shown on screen already filled with real values.
A library of named templates, a log of every SMS sent, and a guarantee that the same message will not go out twice within an hour.
Paste the token you got from BotFather into the panel — the bot is verified and tied to your center; every center runs its own bot.
Tie a study group to its Telegram chat: a reminder arrives 3 hours before the lesson and, once the roll is taken, the report on who came and who did not lands in the same chat.
Write a text in the panel and send it to the Telegram group right away or schedule it for the next lesson; the history of what was sent stays here.
The student writes to their manager from the app — picks a topic, attaches an image, sends anonymously if they wish; the manager gets an inbox, replies and status marks.
An Android app for the student and for the teacher — sitting down at a computer is optional.
In the app the student sees the weekly schedule (holidays taken into account), the next lessons, a monthly attendance calendar and detailed grades.
Payment history, debt, the wallet balance and collected coins are in the app; a gift exchange is requested from there too.
The student takes a test in the app, sees the result straight away and follows their place on the leaderboard.
The teacher sees their groups and schedule on the phone, sets attendance and grades on one screen and checks their salary and advances.
When the lesson starts the phone rings and repeats every 10 minutes until attendance has been taken.
The teacher creates a test from the phone itself and looks through the results — building a test on a computer is not required.
The manager sees how many students in a group or a selected list have the app installed and sends the SMS only to those without it.
A separate panel and a separate login for the marketer: from the request form to enrollment.
Marketing is not a section inside the manager panel — it is a separate site with its own login: the marketer signs in with their own account, the manager steps over from their panel in one click.
Every request is a card moving through the stages: new, contacted, trial lesson, arrived, enrolled, lost — with a note, an owner and the time of the next contact.
Assemble the request form with the mouse: 6 ready design templates, draggable blocks (logo, heading, fields, course list, button), colors, background and font.
Every form has its own link — put it in an Instagram bio or print its QR code on a flyer; the request that arrives shows up straight on the board.
You see in percentages which channel brought how many requests and how many real students; per staff member you also get conversion and first response time.
When a request is lost a reason is picked — price, no answer, the time did not fit, another center — and the most frequent one comes out in the statistics.
When a request is moved to the enrolled stage you pick a group, and the system creates the student record and adds them to that group.
The marketing administrator adds staff, resets passwords, blocks accounts and gives each person their own rights: forms, requests, statistics, deletion.
Who sees what is set with checkboxes, and the branch boundary is enforced on the server side.
Separate panels for the director, the manager, the teacher and marketing, and above them a superadmin post for the platform owner — everyone sees only their own work.
When creating a manager the director switches 23 permissions on or off one by one: students, groups, attendance, payments, SMS, kinds of analytics and more.
Study department, cash desk, reception, marketer, teacher department, SMS operator, analyst and head manager — or the other option, where you set the rights yourself.
The head manager sees the whole center, every other role sees only the groups, students and payments of their own branch.
The director creates, edits and deletes a branch — a deleted one goes to the bin and can be restored; students, groups and teachers have the same archive.
The confirmation code arrives in Telegram, and a suspicious sign-in is reported with a button to block that device.
The director sees who signed in to their account, when and by which method.
The director opens the panel as a manager and sees the problem first-hand — who did it is recorded, so the action stays traceable.
The center name, logo, social links and privacy settings can be changed; the order of the manager menu and its color scheme follow your workflow.
Load an existing database once through the Excel template — errors are shown row by row and duplicate phone numbers are checked; the list can be exported back to Excel too.
A full copy of the database is made, downloaded, restored when needed and sent to Telegram — these actions are performed at platform level.
When a center is switched off at platform level, not only the director but the manager, the teacher and the students cannot sign in — tokens already issued stop working as well.
Everyone sees their own screen. Below are the main sections of the panels and the mobile app.
The pages below show the real screens of each module, the steps to get it running and the common questions.
